Royal Roads’ Sports Leadership leadership course helps PHPA members strengthen skills for hockey and future careers alike.
PHPA Executive Director Brian Ramsay and members of the hockey operations staff — Matt Salewski, Joe Colasurdo, and Emma Harvey — hit the road this week to kick off the 2025 Members Meetings tour.
Over the next several weeks, the PHPA team will travel across North America, visiting each American Hockey League (AHL) and ECHL team and meeting directly with players.
These in-person meetings provide a valuable opportunity for members to hear updates on key initiatives, discuss issues that affect their careers and livelihoods, and share feedback with their Association.

Our player-led executive committees were an integral part of securing key gains in the new collective bargaining agreements that were negotiated earlier this season.
Thirteen PHPA members represented five countries at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan, delivering memorable performances on hockey’s biggest international stage.
